Cost Comparision
Regarding Irregular Shape panels, both aluminum roller coating panel and stone can be made to irregular shapes, but the cost of irregular aluminum roller coating panel can be only around 10% of irregular stone products.

Note:
1. All the Roller Coating Aluminum Solid Panel is with one-side coating, PPG raw coating material, 4 baking system. Unit price already including the hangers and stiffeners.
2. Minimum Order of Quantity of Roller Coating Aluminum Solid Panel is 5,000sqm. If the order quantity is less than 5,000sqm, will have additional cost.
3. Embossing finish: visually much closer to natural stone.
4. All the labor cost is basing on Chinese Survey Statistics.
INSTALLATION EFFICIENCY
Compared with stone panel, Aluminum Solid Panel is lighter, easier and cheaper to install:
Weight per cbm:
Aluminum is 2.73kg/cm³
Marble is 2600 - 2700kg/m³
Granite is 2700 - 2800kg/m³
3mm thk Aluminum Panel weight only 8.19kg/m2
One piece of 30mm thk Granite weigh around 84kg/m2
It is 10 times weight of 3mm thk aluminum solid panel.
To install stone cladding, need to finish many cutting works, fill the sealant, place of brackets and these processes are uncontrollable which may bring safety hidden danger.
