Introduction of the PVDF roller coating
Roller Coating is pre-coated with PVDF paints on continuous aluminum coils by rollers with pattern and texture. With latest PVDF roller coating line, the aluminum coil can be roller coated with various special patterns to imitate the natural stone (granite, marble, limestone,onyx and etc), timber/woodgrain, corten steel, GRC and other customized patterns even with embossing textures.
The roller coated coils can be cut, bent, curved and assembled into facade cladding panels, or be fabricated into corrugated panels with the help of specific equipment.

1. Excellent Flatness: 

   * The aluminum internal stress has been fully relieved during pre-coating under high temperature baking when it is still flat.

   * And it is fabricated without being welded.

   * Unlike spray coated panel, the roller coating panel won't be baked again after fabricated.   

All the above result in least distortion and excellent panel flatness for pre-coated PVDF roller coating panel.

2. Environment friendly: Unlike spray coating, roller coating does not create paint mist. And compared with 50% paint usage by spray coating, roller coating's paint usage is over 95%
